Will Slocum House Ghost Haunt Future Tenants or Move with the Players?

"The Dead Files" has documented the Slocum House Ghost(s) in an episode that airs 10 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012 on the Travel Channel. The Slocum House no longer houses its namesake theater company which has changed its name to the Slocum Players and moved to a new location  at 3909 Main St., Vancouver, Wash.

My question is: 

Will the specter move with the players or stay on at the house to haunt future tenants? My hope is that it will stay and so rattle any renters that no one will ever want to remain there. That will serve the City right.
