Churches also do theater--especially at Christmas and Easter. In fact drama is said to have originated in the church. So, when it happens we want to cover that, too. I once designed a production of this show and as I recall it is one of the better Easter drama-musicals.

Bow the Knee is the story of the death and resurrection of Jesus as seen through the eyes of a Roman centurion. He is taken on an amazing journey as he witnesses firsthand the love, power and forgiveness of Jesus. Bow the Knee demonstrates how God can reach and restore anyone who is willing to bow to the majesty and glory of our risen Savior and Lord. This unique and wonderful story is told through beautiful music, dramatic story lines and stunning visuals. It is an incredible opportunity to tell the story of Jesus in an unforgettable way.

Liberty Bible Church and Crossroads Community Church are partnering to bring this story to life for the Easter season. The date for the performances are:

Friday, March 16 at 7 p.m.
Saturday, March 17 at 7 p.m.
Sunday, March 18 at 6 p.m.

If you know someone you think would enjoy something like this, invite them to come. Don’t miss this opportunity to reach your friends and neighbors with the great news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Tickets are free and can be picked up at either church. The performances are first come, first serve, so plan on arriving early.

Sorry, childcare is not provided.
